Investors earn 1% - 3% return, paid out every 2-8 weeks.

How It Works

1. First, the investor signs up to create an account in the Accommodation Factor platform's Investors Portal.
   
   
2. Deposit money in the Factoring Liquidity Pool. The capital is placed in a structured, protected fund with independent oversight.
   
   Investor can add or withdraw funds at anytime.
   
   
3. From their dashboard, the investor chooses which confirmed booking they wish to factor, based on their available balance in the Liquidity Pool.
   
   
4. When the accommodation platform releases the booking funds, the factored amount plus the returns are repaid to the investor.
   
   
5. 1% - 3% factoring fees are are paid investors according to the fund’s terms.
